I had some idea on competency requirements of managers, but mostly I thought that every aspect is required. However, after the training session on Dr. Sahani and the subsequent exercise which he gave us, I was compelled into thinking and decide on relevant and non-relevant traits. Also, the importance of establishing communication in the form of feedback, change management, time management, and the art and science of coaching all in some or total does make a part of our everyday behavior and every aspect of the training will be helping me in some way or other.
