JILDEE holds two training programmes for government officials

In December, Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE), in academic collaboration with Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS), conducted two training programmes for government officials. This was in continuity of a series of more than 260 residential and online training programmes being conducted by JILDEE for large public sector undertakings and government bodies. The online training programmes were conducted through a licenced application of Zoom.

Prof. (Dr.) Sanjeev P. Sahni, Principal Director, JIBS, Professor & Member, Governing Body, and Advisor to the Vice Chancellor, was the academic director for the programmes in which he ensured the right blend of faculty, academic content with relevant real-time case studies. He also delivered sessions in both online and offline mode during the programmes. All sessions were moderated by Mr Amit Mohapatra, Director, JILDEE, and Col Deepak Vashisht (retd), Joint Director, JILDEE. Prof. (Dr.) Lt. Gen. Rajesh Kochhar, Senior Director, JILDEE, inaugurated the programmes online.

The following two programmes were conducted:

Training for officers of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG)

The programme was on topic “Training Need Analysis and Structured Training Module” and the subtopics covered were: Introduction to TNA, Evaluation and Activity with Live TNA session, Structured Training Module, Data Collection and Analysis and Instruments for TNA with special emphasis on ADDIE model. The programme, held between December 6 and December 10, was attended by senior audit officers of the Office of CAG. This was a repeat programme after the successful completion of two others earlier.

 

Training for officers of National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN)

The programme was on “Enhancing Personal Effectiveness and Growth” and was attended by 35 trainees of Indian Revenue Services (C&IT) of NACIN. The programme, held during December 8-10, was conducted offline at NACIN, Faridabad, where the entire logistics were managed by NACIN. The detailed topics covered were Maximising Human Potential through Behavioural Competencies, Performance Management and Enhancement, Proactivity in Crisis, Leadership, Competency Mapping, Etiquettes, etc.
