JILDEE conducts training programmes on different themes

Jindal Institute of Leadership Development & Executive Education (JILDEE) has been exploring and opening doors across various organisations in Government and Public Sector Undertakings for imparting executive education for middle and senior level officers.

The JILDEE team responsible for business development is in a constant endeavor to assess and evaluate the training need analysis so as to offer the right training services. Dr. Sanjeev P Sahni – Principal Director, Jindal Institute of Behavioral Sciences (JIBS), Professor & Member, Governing Body, Advisor to the Vice Chancellor and  Lt. Gen. Dr. Rajesh Kochhar -Senior Director- JILDEE undertook a visit to Bangkok, Thailand from 19-20 Sep to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with AIT Thailand in the presence of Dr. Eden Y Woon who is the Ninth President of the Asian Institute of Technology for facilitating the relationship of both partners in promoting executive education and exchange programmes for guest speakers/Adjunct Professors/members and students of AIT and JGU.

During the late August and September, JILDEE conducted five programs as detailed below:

19th to 23rd August- A 5-day residential certificate programme on ‘Competency Mapping’ for the Govternment officers of Odisha was organised by JILDEE under the aegis of JIBS. A batch of 12 Officers working with the state administrative departments participated in the programme.

29th- 31st August – JILDEE conducted the second fully residential 3 days’ programme for the senior level officers of Power Grid Corporation of India on the topic “Company Stakeholders and their Inter- Relationship with Company Eco System”.


02nd to 4th September – conducted a nonresidential three days’ programme on “Strategic Execution and Change” for the middle and senior level officers of NHPC at the Corporate Office of NHPC at Faridabad. The programme was attended by 25 senior and middle level officers who came from various Dam project sites of NHPC.

09th to 13th September- A 5-day residential certificate programme on ‘Competency Mapping’ for the officers of Office of Comptroller and Auditor General was organised by JILDEE under the aegis of Jindal Institute of Behavioral Sciences. The event was held from 09th-13th September at JGU. The programme was attended with 20 Officers from CAG across all offices in India.

16th to 20th September- A 5-day residential programme was organised at Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand (AIT) where in 5 senior officers from the Govt. of West Bengal participated as open nominations. The programme topic was on “New Public Sector Management: Policy, Administration and Governance” and it was conducted by faculties from AIT Thailand. There were 19 participants who attended the programme as a part of international program.
