In November 2020, JILDEE, in academic collaboration with Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS), launched 3 online programmes of training for various institutions. These programmes were carried through the licenced application of Zoom video conferencing and securely covered across all locations in India. The COVID-19 disruption prompted JILDEE to undergo a digital transformation to ensure the continuity in the training journeys of officers across all sectors
The 3 programmes are detailed below:
1) Anti-Fraud Framework, Financial and Digital Forensics
JILDEE, in partnership with JIBS, has collaborated with CAG to conduct a 4-day online training programme on ‘Antifraud Framework, Financial and Digital Forensics’ conducted during 3-6 November 2020. This programme was specially designed for senior auditors from the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) participating across India.

Lt. Gen (Dr) Rajesh Kochhar, Senior Director, JILDEE inaugurated the programme online with a brief introduction of JGU and the objectives of the programme. All sessions were moderated by Mr. Amit Mohapatra, Joint Director, JILDEE, via live Zoom video conferencing with CAG officers.
2) Negotiation Strategies
JILDEE, in partnership with JIBS, conducted an exclusive online training programme for the officers of National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) from 10 to 13 November 2020 on the topic ‘Negotiation Strategies’. The programme was spearheaded by Prof. (Dr.) Sanjeev P Sahni, Principal Director, JIBS, who ensured the right blend of content and faculties so that the objectives were met.
The programme was inaugurated by Lt Gen (Dr.) Rajesh Kochhar, Senior Director, JILDEE, and Mr. Amit Mohapatra, Joint Director, JILDEE. Executive Director, HR and Training, Mr. Avinash Kumar of NHPC briefed the participants on the importance of these training interventions for officers. The JILDEE team comprising Vishwas Bhatia and Niharika Pandey ensured that all the backend logistics were smooth and operational.
The training covered several topics, including Understanding Conflict, Stress Management, Personal Negotiation Styles, Cross Cultural Negotiation, Role of Communication in Negotiation, Efficacy of a Win-Win Negotiation Style and Role of Emotional Intelligence in Negotiation.
3) Financial Management
The participants of the programme were officers of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) with an average experience of 22 years in audit and financial analysis. Through the programme, the participants were able to see the practical side of advanced concepts in financial management with many case studies to solve. The programme was led by Prof. (Dr.) Anand Mishra, Professor & Vice Dean, Jindal School of Banking and Finance, who chose the right blend of faculties with industry and academia experience to deliver the programme.
