JILDEE conducts online training programmes

In October 2021, the Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE), in academic collaboration with JGU schools, launched two online training programmes. These programmes were delivered via licenced application of Zoom and covered participants from across India.

 

JILDEE has always ensured that the right kind of faculties are drawn upon from all schools of JGU. The pedagogy is designed with the right kind of expertise, which is delivered by speakers who have both academic and industry experience.

 

The online programmes were:

 

Online training programme on ‘Building Interpersonal Skills’

 

JILDEE, in conjunction with Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS), collaborated with NHPC Limited for conducting a three-day online training programme on “Building Interpersonal Skills” from 11th to 13th October 2021. This programme was specially designed for supervisors of NHPC office.

 

Prof. Dr. Sanjeev P. Sahni, Principal Director, JIBS, Professor & Member, Governing Body, and Advisor to the Vice Chancellor, was the academic director of this programme. He also delivered two sessions.

 

All sessions were moderated by Mr. Amit Mohapatra- Director, JILDEE. Officers participated across the NHPC offices in India. Lt. Gen. Prof.(Dr.) Rajesh Kochhar, Senior Director, JILDEE & Professor of Practice, JSIA, inaugurated the programme. There were several topics covered, such as Negotiation and Persuasive Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Giving and Receiving Feedbacks, Communication, Johari Window, etc. 

 

The faculties who covered the topics from JIBS were Dr Pulkit Khanna, Dr Tanushree Sharma, Dr Tithi Bhatnagar and Dr Anshu Sharma.

 

Online training programme on Cyber Security

 

JILDEE, in collaboration with its interdisciplinary school faculties, conducted an online training programme for the officers of the Haryana Government on “Cyber Security” from 18-20 October 2021.

 

The topics covered included Landscape on Cyber Security, Case Studies, Internet Governance, Governance of Artificial Intelligence and Block Chain, Ethics and Tech, National Defense, Cyber Security and International Relations. Faculties who undertook the training programme came from both industry and academic expertise, like Dr. Arnab Bose, Assistant Professor of Management Practice, Jindal Global Law School, Dr. Seema Sharma, Founder, Advait World and Assistant Professor, Delhi University and Dr. Annika Styczynski, Associate Professor and Assistant Dean (Research and International Collaborations), JGU.
