JILDEE conducts Online Training Programme

In February 2021, Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE), in academic collaboration with Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS), conducted an online programme of training for central government employees. This programme was carried out through the licenced application of Zoom video conferencing across all locations in India.  The Covid-19 disruption required JILDEE to undergo a digital transformation to ensure the continuity in its training programmes.

The programme is detailed below:

 

JILDEE, in partnership with JIBS, collaborated with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) to conduct a 4-day online training programme titled ‘Training Need Analysis’ during 16-19 February 2021.

Prof. Dr. Sanjeev P. Sahni, Principal Director, JIBS, Professor & Member, Governing Body, and Advisor to the Vice Chancellor, was the academic director of this programme. He also delivered three sessions during the programme.

Lt. Gen. (Dr.) Rajesh Kochhar, Senior Director, JILDEE, inaugurated the event with a brief introduction of JGU and the objectives of the programme. All sessions were moderated by Mr. Amit Mohapatra, Joint Director, JILDEE.


Several topics were covered such as Introduction to Training Need Analysis, Types of Training Need Analysis – Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Job Analysis and Person Analysis, Evaluation Training using the Kirkpatrick Model, Live TNA, Evaluation and Activity, and Presentation of TNA Action Plan by Participants, etc.
