JILDEE conducts first online certificate executive education programme with Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG)
Jindal Institute of Leadership Development & Executive Education (JILDEE) successfully organised a 4-day online certificate programme in collaboration with Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS) on “Stress and Anxiety Management with Special Focus on Performance Enhancement” for 22 officers of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) under the leadership of Dr. Sanjeev P Sahni, Principal Director, JIBS, Professor & Member, Governing Body, Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor of JGU.
Jindal Institute of Leadership Development & Executive Education (JILDEE) successfully organised a 4-day online certificate programme in collaboration with Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS) on “Stress and Anxiety Management with Special Focus on Performance Enhancement” for 22 officers of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) under the leadership of Dr. Sanjeev P Sahni, Principal Director, JIBS, Professor & Member, Governing Body, Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor of JGU.
The topics in the programme include Maximising Human Potential, Anxiety Management, Time Management, Proactivity in Crisis, Emotional Intelligence, Performance Management and Mindfulness of Balanced Life. All the sessions moderated through live video interactive streaming with the officers from all across the CAG offices in India. All the participant officers where from training wing of CAG.
The valedictory function graced by Mr. Kulwant Singh, Principal Director (IR & Training), Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) where he spoke from the heart and gave out the vision and plan ahead to further enhance the training at the CAG. The valedictory was also conducted online wherein the participants were given the online certificates in presence of JIBS faculty members and JILDEE team. JILDEE presented e-certificate to all the participants on the successful completion of the programme.
The feedback from student officers was excellent. The programme was very well coordinated by team members, Mr Amit Mohapatra, Joint Director and Mr. Vishwas Bhatia, Deputy Manager – JILDEE. JILDEE successfully concluded its first online executive education programme with CAG.
