JGU launches online LLM and MBA programmes in partnership with UpGrad

JGU has partnered with edtech major upGrad to launch two new programmes; LLM in Corporate and Financial Law offered by the Jindal Global Law School and MBA in Digital Finance and Banking (DFB) offered by the Jindal Global Business School (JGBS) and Jindal School of Banking & Finance (JSBF).

  • LLM in Corporate & Financial Law

Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) launches a first of its kind online LLM degree programme in Corporate and Financial Law in partnership with edtech major upGrad.

The course is tailor-made for corporate lawyers who are interested in pursuing higher studies to specialise in one of the many areas of corporate and financial laws. The programme will foster teaching and research to provide a thorough knowledge of corporate and financial law to meet the challenges of the global economy, and to familiarise learners with the practice and procedures of the corporate legal world.

In keeping with the advancements of the digital age, the format of instruction and evaluation for this LLM will be entirely online with 24/7 access to online recorded lectures. Students with an LLB degree are eligible to apply for the online LLM and can appear for the JSAT (Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test) online entrance test.

  • MBA in Digital Finance & Banking partnership

The Jindal Global Business School (JGBS) and Jindal School of Banking & Finance (JSBF) of JGU has announced the launch of an MBA degree in Digital Finance and Banking (DFB) delivered in a blended learning mode in partnership with ed-tech company upGrad.

This online programme is a blended degree programme with online components of learning including live lectures, contact classes, tutorial sessions and classroom experiences in a unique learning opportunity. The programme is especially designed for working professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and job-market aspirants who are looking to work in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) industry. The MBA Digital Finance and Banking programme at JGU is for a duration of two years, with students receiving the MBA degree from JGU upon successful completion of the academic credits. In keeping with the advancements of the digital age, the format of instruction and evaluation for this MBA will include high-quality industry case studies, live sessions and 24/7 access to the curriculum online.

The MBA in DFB programme will engage students in contemporary topics of digital finance with a focus on understanding, managing and transforming digital finance and banking in the 21st century.

Students with a Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for the online MBA in DFB programme and can appear for the JMAT (Jindal Management Aptitude Test) online national level entrance test.
