Utkarsh graduated with a B.A L.L.B (Hons.) degree from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam in the year 2019 and thereupon completed his L.L.M from National Law Institute University, Bhopal specializing in the area of Human Rights and Criminal law and completed his dissertation in the field of human rights.
He has a keen interest in debates and has been the quarter-finalist in Asian Parliamentary Debate competition. His research interest is towards the contemporary socio-legal issues and has published articles and journals on the topics related to de-criminalization of homosexuality, rights of transgender, relationship between a partnership firm and Hindu Undivided family etc.
He had the opportunity to intern in prominent offices including Ministry of Law & Justice, High court of Judicature at Allahabad, and also under the guidance of advocate practicing in both civil and criminal field and also in a leading firm. His area of interest lies in Human rights, environmental law, criminal law and constitutional law. He has also authored a book containing collection of poems written by him on various topics.
