Rohit Sarma

Rohit pursued his B.A.LL.B. (Hons) from the Jindal Global Law School. After completing his undergraduate studies, he pursued his Masters (L.L.M.) in comparative constitutional law from the Central European University, Budapest in 2018-19. Thereafter, he worked at the Center For Law and Policy Research, Bangalore as an Equality Fellow where he pursued both litigation and research on discrimination on the basis of gender, sex, caste and disability.

Rohit’s areas of interest include comparative constitutional law and constitutional theory with a specific focus on the limits of constitutionalism and the politics of citizenship.
