Pranjal has completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Laws and IPR from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. His Master’s research focused on the Cross Border Insolvency in India and the need to adopt UNICTRAL Model Law because of lack of robust mechanism under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He attained his Bachelor´s Degree from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (2014-19).
His research interest pertains to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code with particular focus on the issue of cross border insolvency regime; Insurance Law, Arbitration and Conciliation Act; and Labor laws. Apart from academics, he enjoys playing different sports and is a National-level Badminton Player and State-level Swimmer.
