Poorvi Srivastava

Poorvi has completed her B.com and L.L.B from University of Lucknow. Thereafter, she pursued her L.L.M from O.P. Jindal Global University with specialization in ‘Corporate and Financial Law Policy’. She has also pursued Company Secretary course from Institute of Company Secretaries of India till executive level. She was awarded with certificate of merit in two subjects under B.com 2nd year which includes ‘Cost Accounting’ and ‘Selling and Advertising’. She has undertaken certification programmes on ‘Social Law Youth’ initiative by International Centre for Culture and Education with the support of The Bar Association of India and ‘The Green Revolution Global Certification Programme by International Centre for Culture and Education’ cause supported by United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

Her areas of interest include : Direct and Indirect Tax laws, Company Law, Environmental Law, Corporate Social Responsibility, Law of the Sea and Indian Penal Code.
