Dr. Piyush Pranjal is an Assistant Professor teaching business management courses at the University. He holds a B. Tech. degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA degree in International Business with major in Marketing and minor in Finance. He has completed his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, India in the year 2020 with a focus on Corporate/Strategic Marketing, Phenomenology, Practice Turn/Marketing-as-Practice, and Measure Development. He has published 5 research papers in SCOPUS-listed and ABDC/ABS-ranked (ABDC A & B) peer-reviewed academic journals. He has a book review to his credit and also contributes articles to magazines/periodicals. His research has been presented in several prestigious conferences including AMA Winter 2019, COSMAR-IISc, Emerging Markets Conference-IMT Ghaziabad, and Conference on Management of Technology-NITIE Mumbai. He is a member of an international team which has won a funded-project in the area of neuro-management under the GOI-MHRD’s SPARC initiative. He is also UGC-NET qualified and has 4 years of experience in industrial marketing. His research interests include Brand Management, Corporate/Strategic Marketing, Phenomenology, B2B Management, Consumer Psychology, Neuro-Management, Consumerism/Anti-consumerism/Sustainability, and Interdisciplinary Research. He is currently working on two research projects/papers.
