Pallavi Rajpal

Pallavi has completed her LLM in Commercial and Corporate Laws from Queen Mary University of London and pursued B.A LLB (hons.) from Jindal Global Law School in 2019. She achieved high merit in the taught modules and dissertation and has interned with reputed law firms. Her dissertation evaluated Do Shareholder Activism and Institutional Investors Lead To Better Corporate Governance?

Pallavi has worked as a Student Advisor for Queen Mary’s Pro Bono Legal Clinic, qLegal, where she provided guidance & support to early stage start-ups and gained hands on experience & enhancement in interpersonal skills by conducting workshops, interviewing clients & drafting of advice/documentation. She has collaborated with a digital platform,-Mentorology to provide guidance to law students for their future endeavours.

Her research interests are company law, corporate governance and transnational commercial transactions.
