Kirt Agarwal is an Academic Tutor and Teaching & Research for Intellectual Pursuit Fellow at O.P. Jindal Global University. Kirt has obtained his undergraduate degree Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi with specialisation in Criminal Law. He has completed his LL.M. from National Law University, Delhi and specialised in Constitutional Law and Criminal Law.
Post the completion of his bachelor’s degree, Kirt predominantly worked as a Faculty of law for competitive law examinations at numerous institutes. He has extensive experience of working on matters relating to Constitutional, Criminal and Procedural Laws. He has extensive knowledge in the field of law and been a top ranker throughout his academic career. He has also worked as an Associate Attorney, dealing with various important civil and criminal cases in the district courts, High Court of Delhi, Supreme Court and other quasi-judicial forums.
He has also written many articles, critically examining Indian Criminal Justice System and socio-legal issues having Constitutional Theory perspective, which later got published in the reputed journals. During his LL.M., Kirt has actively explored different research methodologies and have tried to contribute to the existing scholarship on topics of Constitutional and Criminal law through extensive research work.
