Himani is a TRIP Fellow & Academic Tutor at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Rights & Technology Law from O.P. Jindal Global University. She also has around one year of working experience on legal and commercial aspects of trademarks. Her area of experience includes giving opinions, conducting due diligence, trademark prosecution, and opposition proceeding before the Trademarks Registry. She has completed her graduation with specialization in Energy Laws from University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun.

Numerous achievements of her counts paper presentation on different platforms at National level. One of her articles on ‘Public trust doctrine, Eminent domain, and Land acquisition: An Indian experience’ got published in Banthia & Co. Advocates Journal on Property Law. She is passionate about Intellectual Property Rights & Technology law specifically Law of Copyrights, Artificial Intelligence, Data Privacy & Protection, Law of Trademark, Geographical Indication.
