JGLS professor to serve as Country Contributor to University of Oxford Bonavero Institute of Human Rights

Prof. Raphael Panagalangan, Assistant Professor, Jindal Global Law School, was invited to serve as Country Contributor to the University of Oxford Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. The Bonavero Institute published the ‘Human Rights and Rule of Law Assessment of Legislative and Regulatory Responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic’.

Prof. Panagalangan has been recognised for his outstanding scholarly work and legal practice. He has been a scholar and fellow with organisations such as The Hague Academy of International Law, the International Nuremberg Principles Academy and the Oxford-Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. Having completed his LL.M. from University of Cambridge and M.St. in Human Rights from University of Oxford, Prof. Panagalangan continued to pursue his public interest work as a Junior Fellow with Reprieve, Chief Academic Adviser of the Aristotle & Alexander Institute for Internet Justice and as Associate Dean and Assistant Professor in Human Rights and Theory in JGLS. He is also involved in educating young lawyers and has launched an initiative to provide free e-learning materials for students around the globe.
