Ravinder Kumar Verma is an Assistant Professor at the OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat, India. He did his PhD in Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), India. Before that, he completed his M.Phil. from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), India. His research interests are Information Systems, digital platforms, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D). He is also interested in research methods and computational social sciences. Through research, he explores the interactions of society with technology. He researched digital platforms (mobility, entertainment, and social media), platform ecosystems, digital policy, and e-governance. His research is published in the information systems, Information and Communication Technologies for Development, and Policy domains.
