Biography

Ravinder Kumar Verma is an Assistant Professor at OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) and an M.Phil. from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay). His research interests lie at the intersection of technology and society, with a focus on Information Systems, digital platforms, Artificial Intelligence, and Information Technology for Development (ICT4D). His work critically examines the societal implications of digital technologies, exploring themes such as mobility platforms, platform ecosystems, digital policy, social media, and e-governance. His research has been published in leading outlets across the domains of Information Systems and public policy.
