Prof. Neeraj Kumar Kesharbani is currently pursuing and about to finish his doctoral degree in strategic management at the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, India. His previous educational journey and experiences account for the academic and industry work exposure in India and the United Kingdom (U.K.). His engineering education in India helped him develop an analytical and creative mind geared toward problem-solving. He earned his MBA from Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen (U.K.), where he has been provided with Merit Scholarship for the course. He has served in the industry, mainly in the Power sector in India and the Oil & Gas sector in the U.K. In India, he worked from 2006-2010 in Mecon Limited, a public sector organization under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India. In the U.K., he worked from 2012-2016 in National Oilwell Varco, a Fortune 500 company.

He has authored and co-authored various research works accounting for a few publications on the academic front. Also, he has presented most of them at multiple national and international strategy and management conferences, including the EDII conference (India), Strategic Management Forum (India), PAN IIM (India), British Academy of Management (U.K.), and Strategic Management Society (USA). His research interests are in the area of research methodologies in strategic management, strategy process, strategic management application & scope in other fields, entrepreneurship & innovations worldwide, specifically in the emerging markets.
