Dr. Anuj Sharma is a Professor in the Information Systems and Analytics area at Jindal Global Business School. He has completed Doctoral Programme (Fellow Program in Management) from the Indian Institute of Management Indore. Before joining Jindal Global Business School, he was associated with Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna as a full-time faculty member and Senior Analytics Engineer at Impetus Infotech India Pvt. Ltd., India. He was also associated with the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, Indian Institute of Management Indore, Indian Institute of Management Indore (Dubai campus), and Development Management Institute Patna as visiting professor. He has earned his Master of Technology (M. Tech.) from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, with a gold medal for best academic performance, and Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Rajasthan with Hons.

His current research interest includes information systems, scientometrics, data analytics, e-commerce, marketing analytics, and service innovation. In addition, he has rich experience in handling large-scale government-sponsored consultancy projects and mentoring startups. He has published multiple research papers in reputed journals (including ABDC Rank A* and A) such as Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, Information Systems Frontiers, Annals of Tourism Research, International Journal of Information Management, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change.
