Biography
Gulshan Bibi is a lecturer in the OB-HRM area at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS), O.P. Jindal Global University. She is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Human Resource Management (HRM) at XIM University, Bhubaneswar. Her research focuses on exploring the role of employee mobility as a strategy for knowledge (re)configuration within organizations. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ravenshaw University. She also holds a Master’s degree and an M.Phil. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PM&IR) from Utkal University.
