Biography

Dr. Vineet Kaushik serves as an Assistant Professor at OP Jindal University, seamlessly merging his entrepreneurial expertise with a passion for academic excellence. His scholarly journey took flight with a PhD in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur, where he transitioned from the dual roles of entrepreneur and educator to a dedicated researcher. Armed with an M.Tech in Apparel Production (Strategy) from NIFT, New Delhi, and a B.Tech in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, his diverse academic foundation informs his interdisciplinary approach to research.

Dr. Kaushik's research centers on the dynamic realm of social entrepreneurship, with a distinctive focus on applying computational social science to unravel its complexities. He is now pursuing his dream project, which delves into the spiritual dimensions of entrepreneurship, a novel and thought-provoking exploration in the field. His work has earned recognition at some of the world's most prestigious academic conferences, including AOM, AIB, and EGOS in 2023. As a prolific researcher, he has published six first-author papers in ABDC-ranked journals, with three earning top-tier 'A' category rankings, further solidifying his reputation as a thought leader.

Committed to academic growth, Dr. Kaushik stays actively engaged in his field by regularly reviewing papers for international journals, ensuring he remains at the cutting edge of research. Outside academia, he finds solace in meditation and enjoys watching tennis and playing basketball, reflecting a balanced life driven by both intellectual curiosity and personal fulfillment.
