Dr. Swati Sharma is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School and currently pursuing her FPM from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. She holds double master’s degrees i.e. M. Com (Finance) and MBA (International Business & Finance). She has done her B. Com (Hons.), and M. Com (Finance) from Banaras Hindu University. She was awarded the UGC-NET JRF in Commerce in 2012. She has also received merit scholarship during her MBA programme (International Business & Finance) at IITTM, and in her B. Com (Hons) and M.com (Finance) degree at Banaras Hindu University. She is the gold medallist in her Post Graduation (International Business & Finance).
She has keen interest in teaching and research. Before joining to Jindal Global Business School, she was part of Amity University and A.M. Post Graduate College (Banaras Hindu University). During her tenure at A.M. Post Graduate College (Banaras Hindu University), she initiated social teaching networking and build a “cell” dedicated to this initiative. She teaches variety of courses including Finance courses. She has worked on consultancy project with industry as well.
Her research interest lies in Security-pricing, Liquidity in financial market and Value at Risk. For her thesis, she has studied different facet of Liquidity in Security Market. She has also presented her research papers at several reputed national and international conferences.

Prof. Swati takes the courses of finance & Accounting that includes courses like Financial Accounting, Understanding Financial Statement. She also taught courses like Data Analysis & Interpretation and Spreadsheet Modelling. In addition to that, she teaches advance course like Ethical Risk in Finance & Accounting and Enterprise Risk Management.
