Biography

I hold a Ph.D. in Operations & Supply Chain Management from the Department of Management Studies at IIT Delhi. My research focuses on leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance resilience and sustainability in agri-food supply chains (AFSCs), directly contributing to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) 2 (Zero Hunger) and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). My work integrates methodologies such as game theory, risk assessment, and sustainability analysis. 

I’m proficient in Python, Machine Learning, SQL, and Tableau, and hold certifications from IIM Mumbai, Ducat Academy, and Henry Harvin. I have published two peer-reviewed papers: one proposing a risk assessment framework for agri-food supply chains (AFSCs) and another conducting a network and content analysis of AFSC management. I have presented my research at international forums like the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) conference in Paris, France and the Society of Operations Management (SOM) conferences at IIM Indore, Shillong, and Ranchi.

Beyond academia, I assisted my supervisor and contributed to consultancy projects with the Government of India and Plan India NGO, specialising in data analysis and forecasting. Academically, I ranked among the top 1% in Mathematics (AISSE-2008), qualified for the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) first phase (2008), and represented my state at the National Children’s Science Congress.

At IIT Delhi, I helped set up the DMS Placement Cell and served as a Teaching Assistant for various operations and supply chain courses at UG/PG levels. Outside academia, I mentor students, enjoy reading philosophy, and stay updated with national & global business trends & news. My mission is to translate research into actionable strategies for sustainable supply chain innovation.
