Biography

Dr. Jeayaram Subramanian holds a PhD in OB & HR from Universite Paris Saclay, Paris, France. He’s also a B.Tech (EEE) from Anna University, Chennai and an MBA from Amrita Vishwa Vidaypeetham University, Coimbatore. Jeayaram had a short stint in sales with 99acres.com before going for his PhD. Post PhD, he has been an Assistant Professor in OB & HR with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, School of Business, subsequently at International School of Business & Media at Pune, and Bharathidasan Institute of Management Trichy prior to joining the Jindal Global Business School in January 2024. His areas of interests for teaching & research span across Leadership, Personality, Psychological contract, Psychoanalytics, and the likes.

Apart from this, Jeayaram is also an accomplished Carnatic classical vocalist for the past 23+ years. He has performed music concerts at various places across the world. Apart from music, Jeayaram maintains his own blog page titled “THE INDIAN DHARMA”, where he tries to bring out modern-day leadership / management principles from our ancient scriptural texts.
