Biography

Prashant Mishra is a Lecturer at the Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, where his research examines social intelligence, work passion, and career adaptability in organisational contexts.

He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology. His research has been published in ABDC-listed and Scopus-indexed journals and presented at international conferences. His work has received recognition, including a Best Paper Award, and is grounded in advanced quantitative methods, particularly structural equation modelling and behavioural analytics.

Prior to JGBS and IIT Roorkee, he was associated with the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, contributing to externally funded research projects, including international collaborations with Örebro University and Lund University.

His academic training is further supported by coursework from leading international institutions, alongside continued engagement with global business school–oriented learning in behavioural science, management, and analytics.
