Dr. Navneet Kumar Singh is an Assistant Professor in the area of Information Systems & Analytics at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University. He has completed his doctoral degree from the School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur. His research interest lies at the intersection of emerging digital technologies, human behaviour and public institutions. His work specifically focuses on how individuals adopt, trust and respond to new technologies such as immersive virtual environments and AI-driven platforms, what these technologies mean for consumer well-being, safety and everyday experience, and how the wider institutional and governance environment in which they are used shapes economic and social outcomes across regions and countries. He works in a quantitative and computational tradition, drawing on machine learning and large-scale digital trace data alongside theory from information systems, behavioural science and economics.
