Biography

Manish Saini is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University. His research explores how rewards and incentives influence various aspects of human flourishing in workplaces (such as motivation, creativity, and well-being).

Manish hold a PhD in Human Resource Management (2026) and MBA (2021) from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, India. Prior to his doctoral studies, he has worked with Samsung India and ITC Limited in leadership roles.
