Dr. Lokesh Malviya is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (OB & HRM) area at Jindal Global Business School. A specialist in navigating systemic complexity, he earned his Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), with a core focus on Organizational Behaviour. His doctoral research introduces a pioneering framework and measurement scale for paradoxical leadership within the public sector. By investigating how leaders effectively manage competing demands in volatile and uncertain environments, Lokesh’s work provides critical insights into leadership efficacy and institutional resilience. His broader research portfolio—encompassing organizational culture and the dynamics of hybrid workplaces—has been featured at prestigious national and international academic conferences. Complementing his academic rigor is a robust professional foundation consisting of around five years of managerial experience in industry. This dual perspective allows Lokesh to bridge the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical organizational challenges. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA equivalent) from the Indian Institute of Management Shillong and a Bachelor of Technology from KIIT, Bhubaneswar.
