Laxmi Pandit Vishwakarma is currently pursuing a fellowship programme in the Operations Management area at Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, India. She holds an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, India, and a B. Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Rungta College of Engineering & Technology, Chhattisgarh, India. She has received the highest number of citations in the 2024 award for the article titled “Application of artificial intelligence for resilient and sustainable healthcare system: systematic literature review and future research directions” on behalf of the International Journal of Production Research (ABDC “A” category journal) Editor-in-Chief Professor Alexandre Dolgui. She was awarded a Certificate of Best Paper at the 2nd International Conference on Changing Business Paradigm (ICCBP2022) held in India. She worked as a Research Associate at MDI Gurgaon. She worked on a project titled ‘Indian Infrastructure Body of Knowledge (InBoK)’, an Niti Aayog initiative on Program with the Quality Control of India (QCI) and IIM Indore to build the reference book. She has published papers in highly reputed and impactful journals, such as the International Journal of Production Research (ABDC ‘A’ category), Journal of Enterprise Information Management (ABDC ‘A’), and Technology in Society (ABDC ‘C’). She has published several book chapters. Her areas of interest include Industry 4.0 technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and supply chain management.
