Dr. Harit Joshi is a PhD. from the production and quantitative methods area of IIM Ahmedabad. His dissertation broadly falls in the area of supply chain coordination where he examines the coordination mechanisms like matching and dynamic pricing in the ride hailing platforms using a multi agent network based model. His prior research has been in the areas of revenue management and dynamic pricing and design of automated storage systems for e-commerce. Before joining IIM Ahmedabad, he worked in automotive industry with Ashok Leyland and Daimler in the Production, Procurement and Logistics and Program Management function.
His current research interests lie in the areas of Supply Chain Coordination, Agent Based Simulation and Modelling, Sharing Economy, Multi-sided Platforms and Urban Mobility.
