Dr. Chandni Bansal holds a Ph.D. (AI), MBA, and BCA and has over 10 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She is NET, CTET, HTET, and B.Ed. qualified and has been a Gold Medallist throughout her academic career (Matriculation, BCA, MBA, B.Ed.), reflecting sustained academic excellence. She has taught a diverse range of subjects, including Digital Marketing, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, Computer Networking and Internet Technologies, Computer Fundamentals, and Office Automation Tools. She is also an approved faculty member of the University of Pune, underscoring her strong academic credentials.
Dr. Bansal has presented research papers at several national and international conferences and has published extensively in reputed Scopus and ABDC indexed journals. Her research interests lie in Artificial Intelligence, AI Bias, Sustainable AI, and Conversational AI, with a particular focus on integrating sustainability perspectives into AI-driven management practices.
Her academic and research contributions reflect a strong commitment to quality education, interdisciplinary research, and the advancement of responsible and sustainable AI in management studies.
