Biography

Prof. Arushee Grover is a Lecturer in HR & OB domain at Jindal Global Business School. She is in the final stages of her Ph.D. from DoMS, IIT Roorkee. Her doctoral research explores the change capability of healthcare organizations during crises. Her research interests include change management, crisis management, organizational development and strategic human resource management.

Arushee completed her B.Com. (Hons.) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and M.Com. from Hindu College, with a specialization in Human Resource Management. She has previously taught courses like Business Organization and Management, Organizational and Managerial Communication, Business Environment, International Business among others as full-time Assistant Professor at JIMS Kalkaji (2017–2019) and Guest Faculty at NCWEB, Ramanujan College (2019). 

She has been exposed to consultancy experience early in her career as she fulfilled phase I of Competency Mapping consultancy project for V-Mart Retail in 2016, mentored by two senior professors from University of Delhi. She attends industry conferences for engaging with practitioners and also maintains an active network of industry connections to leverage for meaningful industry-academia collaborations.
