Biography

Neha Kumari is a lecturer at Jindal Global Business School, O.P Jindal Global University, Haryana. She is a doctoral student at the Department of Management Studies (DoMS), Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. She has a master’s in commerce (M.COM) from Janki Devi Memorial College, University of Delhi, and a bachelor’s in commerce (B.COM) from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi. She was the recipient of a UGC JRF fellowship. Her research interest lies in diversity and inclusion, sustainability and disability studies. She has published research papers in reputed journals like the Journal of Enabling Technologies(Q2) , International Journal of Disability, Development and Education (Q2) and International Journal of Digital Technologies. She has also presented her work at various national and international conferences, like the Academy of Management (AOM), European Academy of Management (EURAM), British Academy of Management(BAM), IEOM Society International Conference, CERE at IIM Indore and PAN IIM World Management Conference. She received funding from the ICSSR (Government of India) for an International Conference (British Academy of Management 2023). She had received "Best Researcher Award" in the ITSR Foundation Award-2023 held at the Institution of Engineers, Jaipur, Rajasthan. She has also experience of teaching at Jesus & Mary College, University of Delhi.
