Pooja is a Assistant Professor in the Strategy Area at O.P. Jindal Global University, India, and a doctoral scholar in Strategic Management at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. She holds an M.Phil. from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, an M.Com. from Rajdhani College, and a B.Com. (Hons.) from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. Her research interests include strategic management, organizational ambidexterity, digitalization, and emerging technologies. Her doctoral thesis examines the impact of organizational ambidexterity on firm performance in the service industry.
She has presented her research at prestigious conferences, including the Academy of International Business (AIB) and the Global Conference on Flexible Systems Management. Her work has been published in leading international journals such as the Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management and Strategic Change. In addition to her research, she has near three years of teaching experience as a guest faculty member at the University of Delhi.
