Biography

Prof. (Dr.) Kousik Ganguly is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School. O.P. Jindal Global University. He has completed his Ph.D. in Finance from Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT Kharagpur. His Ph.D. Thesis Title has been: “ Political Connections and Corporate Decisions: Evidence from Indian Firms”. Prior to that he worked for 3 and half years as an Assistant Professor at West Bengal University of Technology and in addition he has 2 years of industry experience as financial advisor in likes of Religare Securities Ltd, E-matrix Knowledge Solution Pvt. Ltd. His area of research has been sustainable finance, corporate finance, corporate governance.
