Biography

Dr. Gulshan Bibi is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OB-HRM) area at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS), O.P. Jindal Global University. She earned her Ph.D. from XIM University, Bhubaneswar (formerly XIMB), where she focused on employee mobility as a strategy for knowledge reconfiguration in organizations.

Dr. Bibi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Ravenshaw University and has further specialized with a Master’s and M.Phil. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PM&IR) from Utkal University. Her interests primarily revolve around employee mobility, organizational knowledge, and employer branding, contributing to a deeper understanding of these critical areas within organizations.
