Dr. Vibhash Kumar

Dr. Vibhash Kumar is an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Business School, O.P Jindal Global University. In his previous assignments, Dr. Kumar has donned leadership roles as Assistant Director of Teaching Learning Centre and course coordinator of National Resource Centre, Ramanujan College, under the coveted PMMMNMTT scheme of the Ministry of Education. Dr. Kumar has been the founding managing editor of RIJBR, a UGC Care-listed journal.

Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics. His research interests cover behavioral and emotional issues faced by the employees at the workplace, viz., employee engagement, effective use of organizational resources, organization development interventions to augment the well-being of the organization’s employees. He has also published several research articles in renowned publishing houses like Emerald, Springer, Sage, and Inderscience publishers (ABDC, Scopus, and SSCI-WoS listed). Dr. Kumar reviews manuscripts for refereed journals of Springer and Sage publishers. He has presented research papers and won the best paper awards in national and international conferences in India and abroad. Dr. Kumar has been the editor of a Special Issue on “Leadership in Organisations Contemporary Concerns and Key Developments” in the International Journal of Business and Globalisation (Scopus Indexed) in 2020.

He has also contributed as an author for the Institute of the Life Long Learning, University of Delhi, E-PG Pathshala sponsored by the Ministry of Education for developing post-graduate teaching material, and the National Mission on Education (NME) project sanctioned by the Ministry of Education. Dr. Kumar has convened numerous FDPs, MDPs, and Conferences and has conducted scores of faculty development programs & workshops on Research Methodology, Academic Writing, Academic Integrity, and Hands-on Sessions on research tools in prestigious institutions like Calcutta University, Hans Raj College, SPM College, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Sri Venkateshwara College, Sri Aurobindo College, Institute of Home Economics, South Campus of the University of Delhi; Jamia Mila Islamia University; Christ University Bangalore; and JIMS & MAIMS of IP University.
