Biography

Dr. Swati Sharma is an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS). She earned her Ph.D. from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow, and holds dual master’s degrees: an M.Com in Finance and an MBA in International Business & Finance. A consistent academic achiever, she was awarded the Gold Medal for securing the top position in her postgraduate studies. Dr. Sharma is also a recipient of the highly competitive UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), awarded for academic excellence and research potential. Dr. Sharma has held significant academic administrative positions, including serving as the Assistant Dean – Examinations (Online), where she played a key administrative role in managing school's online academic programs.

With a deep passion for teaching and research, she has previously been associated with Amity University and A.M. Post Graduate College (Banaras Hindu University). Her research work has been recognized at various forums, and she has presented papers at several prestigious international conferences, showcasing her contributions to the global academic community. At JGBS, she teaches a wide array of courses, particularly in the domain of Finance. She has also collaborated with industry on consultancy projects, further strengthening the academia-industry interface.
