Dr. Sanjay Chaudhary is an Associate Professor of Strategy in Jindal Global Business School (JGBS) at the O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University) India. He holds a Fellow in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur, India. In his previous assignments, Dr. Sanjay has worked for 20 years with different industries, including automotive, welding, and consumer durables.

Dr. Sanjay’s research interests are in the areas of entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capacity, and small family businesses. His research has been published in multiple international peer-reviewed (ABDC/ABS ranked) journals, including Group & Organization Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Knowledge Management, Business Strategy and the Environment, Management Decision, International Journal of Emerging Markets, and Measuring Business Excellence. He has also published a teaching case in IVEY Publishing.

Dr. Sanjay has presented at top strategy and management conferences, including the Academy of Management Conference, Eastern Academy of Management, INDAM, and Strategic Management Society. His papers have been selected as “Best Empirical Paper” at the Eastern Academy of Management, 2021, the Eastern Academy of Management, 2023, and INDAM-2023.
