Dr. Sandeep Kumar Singh is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in Information Systems and Analytics. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat. Before joining Jindal Global Business School, Dr. Singh was an Assistant Professor at JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU), Jaipur, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the curriculum and research activities in the field of data analytics and computational sciences.
Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. in Computational Physics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, where his research focused on the mathematical modeling and simulation of two-dimensional materials, a subject critical to advancements in nanotechnology and materials science. Following his doctorate, he expanded his research horizons as a Research Scientist in Sweden, where he worked for four years, contributing significantly to projects in energy storage systems and bioelectronics.
He also holds an M.Tech. in Industrial Mathematics and Scientific Computing from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, Chennai. His strong mathematical foundation enables him to develop and apply complex models to solve business and financial problems.
Dr. Singh’s current research interests include exploring innovative applications of mathematical modeling and analytics in business and finance. With a unique blend of experience in both academia and applied research, he aims to bridge the gap between theoretical modeling and real-world applications, making significant contributions to both academic literature and industry practices.
