Biography

Dr Pankaj Rawat is an Assistant Professor (Economics) and Assistant Dean (Office of career and professional development) at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS). He has a PhD in Economics from IIT Delhi. His PhD focused on understanding the mechanism through which different policies and interventions affect productivity growth at the macro and micro levels. His research work has been published in international journals.

He has a BTech in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business. After his master’s degree, he worked for two years with TPG Wholesale. He also received a UGC-NET-JRF fellowship. His research interests include economic growth, productivity, and financial economics. He is currently teaching microeconomics and macroeconomics courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
