Biography

Dr. Mehak Nanda is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Haryana. She holds a Ph.D. from Delhi Technological University. She qualified Junior Research Fellowship in Commerce in 2018. Dr. Nanda earned her Master of Commerce degree from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, where she was awarded a silver medal for securing the second position in college in the university examinations. She graduated with a B.Com (Hons.) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, receiving a gold medal for achieving the highest marks in Management Accounting and a scholarship for securing the first position in her fifth semester.

Dr. Nanda received the Commendable Research Award from Delhi Technological University for two research papers published in 2022 and one published in 2023. She has published several research papers in SCIE and SSCI indexed journals. Additionally, she has presented her work at various prestigious conferences, including those organized by IIM Lucknow (where she won the Best Paper Award), IIT Roorkee, IIT Jodhpur, Delhi Technological University, University of Delhi, and NIT Kurukshetra. She also serves as a reviewer for various international peer-reviewed journals. Her research interests include health expenditure and public health.
