Biography

Dr. Kulpreet Kaur is a Professor of Psychology and Program Dean at JGBS, JGU, where she focuses on building meaningful learning environments through curriculum design, academic leadership, and student engagement.

Her journey spans classroom teaching, institutional leadership as Principal, and now higher education, giving her a holistic perspective on learning and human development. She has led initiatives in curriculum design, competency mapping, and performance management, while building inclusive, student-centric learning environments.

A strong advocate of inclusive education, she has developed innovative learning and assessment approaches for students with diverse needs, focusing on holistic growth and social integration.

Her current work lies at the intersection of academic leadership, teaching, and research, with interests in psychology, and evolving learner needs. Alongside, she continues to engage in counselling, training, and workshops on leadership, communication, and well-being.

She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Delhi and has been recognized with awards such as the Inspiring Educators Award and the Rajiv Gandhi Appreciation Award.
