Biography

She holds a PhD in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. She earned her Bachelor of Technology degree from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE) with a specialization in Operations and Supply Chain Management from IIM Mumbai (formerly NITIE). She is also a UGC NET-JRF qualified professional in Management. She brings close to three years of corporate experience in both manufacturing and service sectors. In addition, she has served as a Teaching Assistant in the Operations Management area at IIM Calcutta. She is a certified professional in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and a Level 1 Practitioner in TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving). Her thesis on “Supply Chain Digital Transformation” addresses a critical area in contemporary supply chain management. During her PhD journey, she has presented her research at leading conferences and published in reputed journals including Business Strategy and the Environment, Measuring Business Excellence, and Operations Management Research, with one of her papers receiving the Best Paper Award at INDAM 2024 conference. Her research interests include Supply Chain Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 applications in Operations and Supply Chain Management, System Dynamics, and Supply Chain Modeling.
