Biography

Dr. Hanna Olasiuk is a Professor at Jindal Global Business School, where she has been a faculty member since January 2018. She earned her Master’s degree in International Economics in 2007 and completed postgraduate studies in World Economy and International Economic Relations in 2011. In 2015, she obtained her PhD in Economic Security of Business Entities from the University of Economics and Law “KROK” in Kyiv, Ukraine.

With close to two decades of teaching experience, Dr. Olasiuk began her academic career in 2008 as a Lecturer at the Department of International Economics, specializing in International Trade and International Economics. From 2013 to 2017, she taught Foreign Trade techniques for graduates of the Ukrainian-Austrian program in Export-Oriented Management.

In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Olasiuk has held various positions in the industry, including Export-Import Manager, Marketing Director, and Head of Marketing in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and IT sectors.

At Jindal Global Business School, Dr. Olasiuk teaches courses covering Principles of Management, Business, Government and Society, B2B Marketing, and Doing Business in the European Union. Currently, she instructs undergraduate and master’s students in Macro- and Microeconomics, The Firm, and The Consumer courses.

Dr. Olasiuk has contributed a variety of research articles to national and international journals and regularly engages in scientific conferences and workshops at both national and global levels. Her research interests include economic globalization and growth, firm behavior in pharmaceutical markets, economic security of business entities, and issues related to firm efficiency and productivity.
