Biography

Diksha Agarwal is a Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana. She holds a PhD in Marketing from IIM Lucknow, with research focused on consumer behavior in the technology-driven luxury retail environment.

Her work is published in journals like the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services and the Asian Journal of Business Research. She has also presented at prestigious international and national conferences such as the Australasian and New Zealand Marketing Academy (ANZMAC) and IIM Visakhapatnam’s VIPANAN. Diksha’s research interests include luxury marketing, metaverse, AR/VR, multichannel retailing, platform integration, and consumer behavior. She teaches courses like Luxury Marketing, Marketing Management, and Critical Thinking.
