Chandraketan Sahu is a Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Behavior at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, Surathkal. His research interests encompass institutional logics, organizational culture, and the digital economy, with a specific focus on the practices of organizing high-growth digital platforms. Additionally, he is investigating the geopolitical context of unicorn ventures in developing economies. Chandraketan has presented his research at several national and international conferences. In 2022, he was awarded the Fetzer Scholarship by the Fetzer Institute in collaboration with the Management, Spirituality, and Religion Division at the Academy of Management. He has also been a member of professional associations such as the Academy of Management and the American Psychological Association.
Prior to his academic pursuits, Chandraketan has worked as a Business Analyst at Credit Suisse, where he contributed to strategic initiatives and received several awards. He also interned at ARM Embedded Technologies, focusing on processor design validation.
