Biography

Bhumika Ray is a Ph.D. scholar at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur, specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, with her dissertation focusing on the well-being dynamics of platform workers. She holds an MBA from IIM Indore, specializing in General Management, and a BA in Foundations of Management from IIM Indore under the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). Bhumika’s professional experience includes a position at Tata Trusts following her postgraduate studies. Her research interests include the future of work, gig employment, employer-employee relationship, psychological contract, well-being.
