Biography

Dr. Barsha Saha is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems & Analytics and Assistant Dean of OCPD at JGBS. She holds a PhD from Indian Institute of Management Shillong. Prior to joining the PhD programme, she held professional positions as SAP SD DSD consultant in the industry after graduating as an Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer. Her doctoral research focused on competitive structure in Telecommunications Industry from the lens of Behavioural Industrial Organization. She has presented her research in prestigious academic conferences in India and abroad. Her research has been published in reputed FT 50/UTD 24 journal. Her guided projects on Game Theory and Quantitative research methods in Coursera have more than 10,000 learners worldwide. Her current research areas include Behavioural game theory, Agent based modelling, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Algorithms, Diffusion Analysis. She has delivered courses such as AI and Blockchain for Business Management Information Systems for UG and PG programmes. She has also designed PG elective courses Decisions for Strategic Analysis and Introduction to SAP S/4 HANA ERP in conjunction with SAP.
